Tuesday: Spinach salad with tomatoes, carrots and prawn salad recipe ranch dressing; pork loin with homemade gravy; baked yams; Brussel sprouts; muffin; pineapple cup. Wednesday: Carrot and raisin salad; hearty beef stew with vegetables and rice salad recipe potatoes; whole-wheat roll; orange or tangerine. Thursday: Romaine lettuce with tomatoes, beets and Thousand Island dressing; chicken quarters with fruit sauce; brown rice pilaf; orange-glazed carrots; fruit juice; fruit turnover.
