Kim Kardashian, oriental salad recipe 28, known for her role in the E! reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Dancing With The Stars recently talked about her diet, exercise and the possibility of appearing in a Men's magazine.
The step-daughter of Olympic athlete, Bruce Jenner, recently spoke with Life & Style magazine about her diet. She told the magazine 'I used to eat all my snacks and desserts first - before my salad or dinner - because I was so excited to get them, but now I try to fill up on healthier foods so that when it's time for something sweet I don't end up stuffing my face. But I always have room for dessert.'
She dished, 'I always have a stash of Hot Tamales or Skittles in my purse. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever.'
Kardashian admits that exercise is also key to staying in shape. She told the tabloid, 'I run for 30 minutes at a high speed on a treadmill, then I jog backwards and sideways on the treadmill on an incline.'
Kim Kardashian has posed for Playboy magazine in the past, and dispelled rumors that she wouldn't pose for the Men's magazine again.
She recently blogged, 'While I'm not planning to pose for the men's magazine in the immediate future, I definitely don't want to close the door to the opportunity! I absolutely love Hugh Hefner and fruit salad with cool whip the rest of the Playboy teamappreciate the opportunity to work with them!'
No matter what happens, Kardashian follows a simple motto'I eat whatever I want. Life is too short not to.'
