Dec. 8-12
Monday: Meatballs with noodles and gravy, green salad with light dressing, steamed baby carrots, oranges, whole wheat roll, light milk.
Tuesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green salad with light dressing, kiwi, whole wheat roll, light milk.
Wednesday: Baked fish, spinach salad with light dressing, steamed broccoli with baby carrots, apples, whole wheat roll, light milk.
Thursday: Grilled hamburgers on a whole wheat bun, potato wedges, lettuce, tomatoes, soup of the day, oranges, light milk.
Friday: Pork chops, potatoes au gratin, garden salad with light dressing, steamed green beans, applesauce with pineapple, whole wheat roll, light milk.

Dec. 8-12
Monday: Pepper steak, steamed rice, spinach and orange salad, chocolate pudding.
Tuesday: Sliced chicken breast, penne pasta with pesto sauce, sourdough bread, Brussels sprouts, Waldorf salad.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, wheat dinner roll, baked potato, steamed carrots, orange and papaya slices.
Thursday: Roast chicken, baked potato, wheat dinner roll, cucumber and tomato salad, sliced apricots with ice cream.
Friday: All-American hamburger, French fries, lettuce, tomato, broccoli slaw, fresh fruit.
Alliance on Aging
The following is the Alliance on Aging Salinas Luncheon menu. Menus are subject to change without notice.
St. Ansgar's Lutheran Church, 72 E. San Joaquin St., Salinas.
Luncheon held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and is served with roll, butter, coffee, tea, milk or punch and rice salad recipe dessert. Cost is $5.
